4 years ago we set out to bring the Missouri Deer Classic back, as I hosted the event in my 40x60 shop.  We had 4 vendors and roughly 600 people through the doors. In 2023 we rented a 2,500 SqFt building at the fairgrounds and grew the event to 13 vendors with over 1,500 attendees. This past year, we tripled in size yet again and moved our event to the state fairgrounds in Sedalia, MO with a 20,000 SqFt building, 47 vendors and over 2,500 attendees.  In addition to our growth, we also scored 201 trophy animals this year.

 

With all the excitement and continued growth around our event, we have already booked a larger venue yet again in Kansas City, MO for our 2026 Show.  The American Royal has over 100,000 SqFt of space and will not only retain our existing attendees, but will also pull the larger community of the Kansas City area. We can host 200+ vendors and plan to do just that.

 

This year… we’re going BIG!  In addition to previous years, this year we will be adding a 3D archery tournament, seminar stages, and two live presentation exhibitors.  Unlike other events, who are just trying to sell booth space, our event is strictly focused on the outdoors, which means there will be NO non-endemic companies at our event.  It will be 100% outdoor companies only!
